My name is Nick Blakeley and I’m the
founder and proprietor of Professional Letting, the online
directory for property professionals!
I began the website
www.easylet.biz following my time working as an Inventory
Clerk; providing property inspection reports for Letting Agents
and Landlords throughout the Yorkshire region. On many
occasions following an inspection I was asked if I could
recommend companies in other sectors of the letting chain.
For example, if I recommended to a
Landlord the carpets in their property were below average
condition I would be asked if I could recommend a carpet fitter
or carpet cleaner in the area who would be able to rectify the
issue before the next tenants were due to move in. Similar
requests were made for plumbers, electricians, energy assessors
and even roofers on occasion.
This is where I found myself
creating the concept of Professional Letting; its sole purpose
is to promote and encourage better and closer working
relationships between those working in the Letting Industry.
The key being that anyone who needs to find a reliable
professional in their field of expertise can do so easily by
simply visiting our online directory.

Prospective tenants can find
Letting Agents or Landlords providing properties in the
areas in which they want to live.

Letting Agents can find a carpet
fitter who serves the areas in which their properties are
located.

Landlords can find a plumber to
take care of that emergency situation at one of their
property lets... it really is that simple!
The difference between Professional
Letting and other online directories such as Yell.com is that we
don’t flood our directories with hundreds if not thousands of
businesses offering a given service. To promote better working
relationships we guarantee to list a maximum of ten businesses
for any given county of the country.
To put this in perspective, if you
looked for Plumbers on Yell.com for the Surrey region, you would
be presented with over 700 businesses, although this gives a
