We're receiving an average of
2,200 hits each month and rising! In December 2010 we had 954
first-time visitors and 1,246 returning visitors. This means
we're going from strength to strength and more and more people are
starting to find and use our site!
As well as optimizing
our website using keywords, we invest in online services such as
GoogleAdwords to increase interest in our website; this is being
altered continuously to ensure we come up on search engine results
as much as possible when users type in things like 'I need a plumber
in Devon' or 'Find me an Electrician in Leeds'.
Plus each time we receive a new
subscription, our database of Letting Agents and Private Landlords
(within the same area or county as the advertiser) receive either an
email or text message detailing the contact details and services
provided by the new advertiser. Our database of contacts can
be up to 150 per county.

Please note that although our
sole aim is to promote better relationships between professionals
within the Lettings Industry, we're unable to guarantee new business
by providing new listings. Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants are
under no obligation to use any services listed on our website.
The administration fee is a charge which covers the
cost of the set-up of listings along with hosting and maintaining
such listings for the desired duration. This fee is an annual charge
which on the anniversary of which the
original subscription was made will need to be renewed in order for
a listing to remain on our directory.
