For the purpose
of terms of use, the term 'website' refers to easylet.biz, our
database and any other website we may own.
If you use any
part of our website you agree to these terms. If you do not want
to agree to these terms, do not log on to or use this website.
easylet.biz
charge an annual fee of £24.95 or lifetime fee of £49.95 for businesses and individuals to
add and store their contact information, including but not
limited to: Business Name, Telephone, Mobile, Fax, Address,
Email and Website addresses on our database and in turn on our
website as a 12 months business listing which is viewable to any
persons visiting our site.
The administration fee is a charge which covers the
cost of the set-up of listings along with hosting and maintaining
such listings for the desired duration. This fee is an annual charge
which on the anniversary of which the
original subscription was made will need to be renewed in order for
a listing to remain on our directory.
Customers who take
out a Lifetime Subscription will not be contacted for renewal
reasons, however we may contact you by email or telephone to ensure
the details we hold for you are up to date; to ensure your listing
is still accurate.
Where the website offers alternate payment options for subscription
fees, this is purely for customer convenience and may cost more over
the whole duration of the listing.
Although our sole
aim is to promote better relationships between professionals
within the Letting and Property Management industry; we're
unable to guarantee new business by providing new business
listings on our website. Letting Agents, Private Landlords
and Tenants are under no obligation to use any business or
individual advertising their services on our website.
Under no
circumstances will any easylet.biz team members who have been
involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing the
website be liable for any loss of:
1) profits;
2) business or business opportunities;
3) savings
you expect to make;
4) goodwill;
5) information.
easylet.biz have
the right to:
1) reject or refuse to upload any material you have provided;
2)
remove any material from the website, whether or not the
material goes against any of these conditions;
3) restrict,
suspend or stop your access to all or any part of the website at
any time.
After submitting
your material to our website you continue to have the right to
use your material in any way you choose.
Please select
carefully the information you place on our website, as it will
be viewed by the public. By providing any information to our
website, and for us to be able to use it, you confirm that:
1) your material is your own original work or you are authorised
to provide it to the website;
2) your material is not defamatory (that is, it does not damage
someone's good reputation), does not contain any material which
is harassing, threatening, obscene, offensive, hateful, abusive
or inflammatory;
3) your material does not take away or affect any other person's
privacy rights, contract rights or any other rights, and does
not otherwise break any laws of England and Wales;
4) your material does not promote any illegal activity or
discrimination;
5) that you have the right to give us permission to use it for
purposes specified above and that such use will not infringe the
copyright, database right, trade mark, privacy or other rights
of a third party; and
6) your material is not in any way liable to mislead others or
otherwise be detrimental to our reputation.
